About the role

Kullabergs Vingård is looking for an International Markets & Membership Manager to support the continued development of our membership activities and international market presence.

The role combines membership development, customer engagement and international market development, with a particular focus on exploring opportunities in selected Asian markets.

The position also contributes to the development of wine-tourism activities, events and other customer experiences connected to the winery on site at the vineyard.

Key responsibilities

§ Manage and further develop the winery's membership programme and related activities.

§ Support member acquisition, retention, CRM and member communication.

§ Plan and coordinate member events, tastings and other membership experiences.

§ Identify and explore opportunities in selected international markets, with particular focus on Asian markets.

§ Support market research and market-development activities related to international wine sales.

§ Develop and maintain relevant international business and industry relationships.

§ Represent the winery at selected tastings, trade events, exhibitions and business activities.

§ Contribute to the development of wine-tourism activities, events and customer experiences.

§ Work closely with management and other departments across the winery.

Required qualifications

§ Relevant higher education within wine, wine tourism, hospitality, tourism, business or a related field.

§ Strong knowledge of wine and the wine industry.§ Professional experience within wine, hospitality, tourism or another relevant customer-facing environment.

§ Experience working in an international and/or cross-cultural environment.

§ Strong spoken and written English.

§ Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.

§ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different areas of the business.

§ Willingness to travel when required.

Meritorious qualifications

§ Experience with wine clubs, membership programmes, CRM or customer-loyalty activities.

§ Experience within winery tourism or premium hospitality.

§ Experience organising tastings, events or customer experiences.

§ Knowledge of international wine markets or export-related activities.

§ Knowledge or experience related to Asian markets.

§ Additional language skills.

§ Previous experience working within a winery environment.

The position

Full-time position based at Kullabergs Vingård, Skåne, Sweden.

The role includes both strategic and operational responsibilities, with activities varying throughout the year depending on membership, tourism, events and international market initiatives.
