Ädlakull / Frukt o Bär i Villands Vånga AB is a Swedish fruit and berry farm located in Villands Vånga, near Kristianstad in southern Sweden. We grow strawberries, apples, pears and other fruits and berries, and we are now looking for seasonal workers for the strawberry harvest.

We are looking for 6-8 motivated seasonal workers for strawberry picking during the period 1 June - 31 August 2026.

The work mainly consists of harvesting strawberries outdoors. The work is physically demanding and requires that you are able to work efficiently, carefully and responsibly in different weather conditions. Previous experience from strawberry picking or similar agricultural work is an advantage, but not an absolute requirement.

We welcome applications both from individual candidates and from people who already know each other and would like to apply together, for example friends, relatives or a family group. The available accommodation is especially suitable for a group of people who are comfortable living together.

Accommodation

Accommodation can be provided by the employer in newly built housing close to the workplace.

The accommodation consists of approximately 130 square metres and includes:

. 2 bedrooms with 4 beds in each room

. shared bathroom

. kitchen

. dining area

. laundry facilities

This makes the accommodation suitable for a group of 6-8 people who are willing to share housing during the employment period.

Employment terms

Frukt o Bär i Villands Vånga AB is a member of Gröna Arbetsgivare and has a collective agreement. Wages and employment conditions follow the applicable Swedish collective agreement.

The employer provides Fora insurance, including occupational insurance and occupational pension.

Wage model:

Piece-rate pay: SEK 4.80 per litre

This is applied instead of hourly pay if the employee picks an average of at least 24 litres per hour over the entire employment period.

Holiday pay of 13% is paid in addition to the wage.

If the conditions for piece-rate pay are not met, wage will be paid according to the applicable collective agreement.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are:

. physically able to perform outdoor harvest work

. careful when handling berries

. able to follow work instructions responsibly

. willing to work in different weather conditions

. preferably experienced in strawberry picking or similar farm work
